FABB (Fit and Balanced Brain Center) Center

What is the FABB Center?
  • The FABB Center is open on Friday afternoons between 1:00and 4:00.

  • High school and college students are available to assist “game players”.

  • You will be free to choose your activity and get “fit” while having fun.

  • Choices include: baseball, tennis, golf, bowling, fishing, boxing, target practice and more.

  • Also available is the Wii Fit, which includes Aerobics, muscle conditioning, Yoga and “balance” exercises.

  • You may play at the FABB Center while standing or sitting.

  • These games strengthen the mind/body connection and will round out your fitness routine.
